1. Registration & Payment
- All participants must register through the official conference website or authorized partners.
- Full payment of registration fees is required to confirm attendance.
- Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organizer.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the conference organizers.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as follows:
- More than 60 days before event: 80% refund (20% admin fee).
- 30–60 days before event: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before event: No refund.
- Substitutions may be made at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days before the event.
3. Program & Speakers
- The organizer reserves the right to change the agenda, speakers, topics, or venue without prior notice.
- Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the organizers.
4. Attendance & Conduct
- All attendees must wear their conference badge at all times.
- Disorderly, disruptive, or abusive behavior will result in removal without refund.
- Recording, live streaming, or unauthorized photography of sessions is prohibited unless permitted by the organizer.
5. Sponsorship & Exhibition
- Sponsors and exhibitors must adhere to the guidelines provided by the organizer.
- The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of exhibitor property.
6. Intellectual Property
- All conference materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright.
- Reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without permission is prohibited.
7. Liability
- The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property during the event.
- Attendees are responsible for their own travel insurance and arrangements.
8. Force Majeure
- If the event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, strikes, government restrictions), registration fees may be credited towards a future event or partially refunded at the discretion of the organizer.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
- By registering, attendees consent to their personal data being used for conference administration and communication.
- Attendees may appear in photographs or recordings used for promotional purposes.
